Our simple Massachusetts wills are normally done in one to two business days. If you request we can also prepare "same day wills" for a slightly higher fee.

In addition, when you have an emergency such as last minute travel plans, or a situation involving a hospital, nursing home or a sudden illness we can provide you with one of our "emergency wills" on short notice. We can provide you with one of our "travel wills" before you go on vacation. We can even accommodate you with one of our "walk in wills"*. You'll leave our office with a validly executed Massachusetts will and basic estate planning documents such as a living will, a durable power of attorney and a health care proxy. You will also have the peace of mind that comes from taking care of your loved ones and putting things in order the way you want them to be.
